If you are working on a homework assignment, a group project, cooking a new meal or doing some home renovations at home and you find yourself stuck and need some help, what would you do first?

In 2011, most of us might answer, FIND A SOLUTION ONLINE.

Have you ever wondered how we dealt with problems before?  

Here’s a list of some of the tools we used back then:

• Ask our parents & family members
• Our friends
• Speak to a teacher
• Go to the library (search in books….they still exist)
• a Doctor 
  etc. 

As an online business, you rely a lot on the internet.  Nonetheless, it won’t hurt you to teach employees to find solutions using some of the methods mentioned above.  The internet is great but sometimes, the person beside you might have the right answer for you! (…and you get to say hello to them)
